Hi, I'm C.J. Mulligan.
If you've spent any time around Prince William County, you know that Northern Virginia isn't just a place on a map—it's a community of people who work hard, show up for each other, and appreciate a local touch.
Rooted in Northern Virginia
I didn't just land here by accident. After serving 20 years in the U.S. Army, my family and I chose to make NoVA our forever home. We spent years in Kingstowne before settling right here in Woodbridge over seven years ago.
Whether I'm grabbing a cone at the Frosty Moose with my family or heading to Silver Eagle Stables for my youngest's horse lessons and shows, this is my backyard.
Why I Built Standard Operations Group
I see the same thing happening all over Woodbridge, Lake Ridge, and Occoquan: incredible local businesses—the backbone of our community—are struggling to keep up with the massive corporate "big guys" who have unlimited marketing budgets.
I built Standard Operations Group because I believe local business owners deserve a fighting chance. You shouldn't have to be a tech giant to have a professional digital presence.
I wanted to create tools that:
Level the Playing Field
Enable you to keep up with the 'big guys' without having to spend tens of thousands setting up and maintaining how your business runs.
Total Peace of Mind
You can leave your business at night, not worried about missing a phone call or a DM on social media — because it's already being handled.
Reclaim Your Personal Life
Your business can grow without your life receding into the background.

A Local Neighbor Building Mission-Ready Operations
Built on military integrity and a deep commitment to family.
Family First
When I'm not working, I'm a family man through and through. You'll usually find my wife and me traveling across Northern Virginia to support our youngest daughter at horse shows, or visiting our middle daughter, who is currently attending college right here in NoVA.
My Mission
My military career taught me the importance of mission-first results and integrity. My mission now is simple: to help your business thrive in the place we all call home.
"I'm not some faceless corporation. I'm C.J., your neighbor. And I'm here to help you win."
